Kat & Ana
One Button/Tap Out

This feels like a subbed anime...
In Kat & Ana's stage, the signs had subtitles added to them, as well as the "END" in the epilogue:

Change of sign
The sign Shadow is holding is different and placed lower in the US version. The Japanese numbers were also changed into arabic numbers:

A different kind of bubble
In "Bubblegum Blues", the bubble was originally a nose bubble:

Censored pants
In "Stalled Out", the pants were originally a different, flesh-like color. They were probably changed because they thought it looked like the man had no pants:

Another story
"Slap Jack!" originally had you knocking Gokus out of the sky, in a reference to the legend of the Monkey King. In the US version, it was changed to the story of Jack and the Beanstalk:

The music was also changed:

At the bar
In "Crazy Straw", the night city background was changed into a house on the hills. The drinks were also changed (except for the orange soda in Level 3):

Funnily enough, the night city was kept in Touched ("Cup Runneth Over" in Mike's set).
