9-Volt &
18-Volt
Famicom Revolution/Spintendo
Classics
S.R.L.R.P!W!:
System region localizing revolution party! Wheeeee!
Ahem. Now that I have your attention, I'll present to
you the biggest change in the game: 9-Volt's stage. Because, you
know, the NES is different in Japan and know as the Famicom:

Okay, the first change comes
during the prologue, when 18-Volt is browsing through 9-Volt's
stuff:

Then the game cardtridge.
Also notice a recolor of the lights on in 9-Volt's helmet:

Then comes the system
startup sequence! GOGOGO! Yes, the American version has a bit of
blank space:

You still with me? Good.
Next, the Famicom Elves were replaced by Wario Sprites. And of
course, the obvious layout and color change:

The reaction sequences:

And the stage signs:

Whew.
Original localizing:
Wheeeness!
Ahem. The following game names were changed according to
original releases (well, except for the SMB3 and Metroid games):
| Japanese | English |
| Metroid/Morphball | Metroid-Morph Ball |
| Super Mario Bros. 3/Lift | Super Mario Bros. 3-Lift |
| Palthena's Mirror | Kid Icarus |
| Mario Open Golf | NES Open Tournament Golf |
| Metroid/Samus | Metroid-Samus |
| Super Mario Bros. 3/Many Marios | Super Mario Bros. 3 |
Okay, next comes the
Topis in Ice Climber, which were originally baby seals intead of
mini-yetis:

It still remains to be seen wheter the Topis would remain as
mini-yetis in the European version (Topis remained as baby seals
in Europe). But of course, there isn't an European release (laughs).
And just for the sake of
completeness, the death scene in Palthena's Mirror/Kid Icarus:
